MY JOURNEY INTO COACHING
I grew up in a household of hosting and of ministry. I was speaking to hundreds of people from the age of 16. I was inspired by missionaries and followed my passion towards the mission field and for many years was able to partake in journeys across the world and around people's hearts.
I eventually came to a space of burnout and found my passions, my ministry work, and even my identity floundering. I was exhausted and depressed and thank God found a wonderful coach who brought curiosity in areas that I had not (even in all my soul searching) found and I was able to see old patterns I lived in that hindered my present moments or abilities to move forward. There was so much growth and freedom I was able to discover in that space I felt my passion for missions ignighting again in a new light. A way to Love and give the tools to help walk into growth.
In my practice I have been learned to trust God through the darkest times of my life and use these tools to gauge where my heart is and where God's heart for me is. The journey goes on and on and I am thankful that I'm on a path to never stop growing and keeping into my heart in God.
I am a Certified Professional Life Coach, a Certified Minister and Ministry graduate, and a Certified trauma informed professional (NARM)

ART
visual
The first piece of art I sold was to a man wandering in my 2nd grade school reminiscing on his daughter he had lost. As he looked at the marks of children's dreams displayed through markers and colored-pencils. One paper flitted out and caught his eye. A girl with a wild golden mane seeing the world through fresh eyes. His heart caught in his throat and eyes misted as he held back a sob. There was beauty in this sorrow that felt like a dammed up flood, and he took hold of the drifting page. As the sunlight dimmed to golden hues my parents asked my young face if I wanted to sell my art to a man who had lost his daughter, and saw his little girl in my art piece.
The meaning of art changed in that moment as I knew this work of my hands could be a small comfort to a grieving man. Art became more than the accolades for a small girl, but a voice of love to a world that is deaf to words, but impacted by images.
To share my visions and passions or ideas on paper is a wonder and hopefully an inspiration and reminder for you or a gift to bring the heart some sweet seen connection.
POTTERY
HELD ART
Pottery came next as I was fascinated by art that could be held or used. And as my hands first felt the shaping of clay on a wheel or the carving of images and dreams in dusty powder- my heart fell in love with pottery.
The shaping of clay on the wheel felt therapeutic to me and creating a vessel to hold a warm drink or a refreshing cup was inspiring.
I love watching people pick out their unique mug or pottery piece looking and feeling for what most resonates with them.
A beautiful process of noticing what is in you and connects with that piece that brings the heart some space of wonder or thankfulness in the intention. A daily reminder of that with a drink or a glance of what each cup holds.
Photography
Creating experiences worth capturing in memory.
The love of photography came to me as I saw beauty in the world that needed to be shared. Whether from a burst of light on a craggy mountain top, or the joy of a smile or the beauty in a far off look. I wanted to capture the beauty and share it.
It's important to have sweet memory attached to an image. I love creating environments where you feel free to be you! When this freedom blossoms so does your joy and vision. It's so fun to work together on making a beautiful moment you want to look back on, and say, "that's me!". To look back on your vision of beauty, adventure, or love in a picture that can be treasured forever.
It's important who you have behind the camera, because they help move you into that space.

Follower of Jesus
Jesus is my Savior and Lord and I love His WORD. I love being with people in every season whatever they believe as I know Jesus does- God cares about You and Loves You. He KNOWS You.
I have been on so many journeys personally with God, and He has always been with me.
I am a sinner and seriously could only grow so much apart from Him and truly as I connect more with my authentic design than I see more of His heart. He has given us His living WORD that never comes back empty and He has given us His Holy Spirit if only we are willing to give our broken and sinful hearts and lives to Him who gives us more Truth and Love and Aliveness than what we can imagine. If you want this and don't have this you only need "Confess with your mouth and believe in your heart Jesus is Lord and you will be saved"
